WizColor X: the next generation of low-light monitoring
WizColor 2.0 accompanies a new generation of surveillance cameras. At its heart, WizColor X significantly improves light sensitivity for more realistic colour and sharper details in low light. It also improves the capture and detection of moving objects while reducing motion blur. Key features include:
- UltraSight Lens: An extra-large F0.8 aperture gathers 1.6 times as much light as F1.0, combining image sharpness with improved light capture.
- Larger sensor pixels: Pixel size increases to 4 micrometres, giving each pixel a light-sensitive area 1.9 times that of the previous generation.
- AI-ISP 2.0: Model performance and moving-object detection are improved through billions of parameters and training datasets expanded to hundreds of thousands of samples. Reference-frame segmentation and motion-direction estimation support current-frame processing and help reduce motion ghosting in challenging conditions.
The WizColor X – TiOC PROX Series also includes Optical Path Correction (OPC) to improve light refraction and image sharpness. A dual-microphone array and VoiceCatcher technology improve audio recording clarity by reducing environmental noise and extending pickup range.

With WizColor 2.0, Dahua Technology continues to develop its AIoT solutions. The technology is designed for settings including factories, farms, parking areas, fish ponds and residential surroundings. It combines advanced image algorithms, optical design and practical installation features to meet changing industry requirements.
